Welcome to Amton Auto and Truck, a trusted auto repair shop in the heart of Tonawanda, NY. Founded by Army veteran Dan Hensel in 2006, Amton Auto and Truck began as a small, two-bay shop known as Amton Transmission. After purchasing the shop from its retiring owner, Dan expanded its focus and renamed it Amton Auto and Truck, quickly establishing a reputation for quality, honesty, and community service. Dan, an ASE Certified Master Technician with a degree in Occupational Studies–Automotive Trades from Alfred State College, brought years of experience from working in Northeast repair shops to Western New York, where he aimed to build a top-notch auto repair center dedicated to excellence and transparency.
A Growing Team of Certified Automotive Professionals
In 2009, Amton Auto and Truck moved to a larger, five-bay facility to better serve our customers. Racheal Barraclough, an ASE-Certified Service Advisor with a degree in Office Management, joined us in 2010, ensuring top-notch service daily. Together, Dan and Racheal lead our skilled ASE-Certified team, upholding the high standards of our TechNet Professional Automotive Facility.
